Basic cleaning or Deep cleaning?

For Basic package we do not go into drawers, inside stoves, inside refrigerators, inside of closets, inside cabinets, shelves etc. we also do not move heavy furniture with our basic package. No walls ceilings or blinds. We do not move stoves or refrigerators, large bed nor large couches for safety purposes. Must be moved in advanced to us getting there.

Basic cleaning consists of cleaning everything except for the above mentioned. We also don’t do walls for basic clean.

Yes we do a PHENOMENAL Job we do not cut corners.

Our basic cleaning job average cost is $150-$175 depending on the severity, and this is priced for for a 2/bedroom home. Price varies on size of house/apt and level of cleaning needed.

A Deep Clean is more than a general cleaning and goes a little beyond the surface. The Deep Clean package is popular with our customers who have small children in the home or after a customer has had company over. A deep clean can be done as often as once a month depending on the customer’s preference.

The Spring Clean package is popular with our customers who really want the most thorough cleaning possible. It’s also popular for our customers who only clean once or twice a year to remove cobwebs and dirt from the places least visible such as behind or under the couch.

A clutter clean is when your house is so overwhelmed by stuff and you desperately need to get organized and make a walkway. Don’t be embarrassed, life just gets busy especially when you have children. During a clutter clean, we sort through things. We put away toys, clothes, and other things we find. We find out where things go and if it doesn’t have a place, we make a place. We throw out the trash and straighten everything up. We vacuum or sweep and mop.

This is an organization type of clean. Clutter Clean-Ups can be combined with our Basic Clean or Deep Clean Services. After you get organized, we can come regularly to keep your home organized and clean. We are proud to say that we also clean up hoarder houses. Other maid services normally turn down hoarder houses but we are well known among Meals on Wheels, Home Health agencies, and Hospice for the ONLY cleaning company who will take on these jobs.

Our company gladly provides extra services beyond the regular cleaning service. We do laundry! Yes that’s right, if you need help maintaining your laundry visit our laundry services page for more information. When getting an estimate, make sure that you tell customer service that you are in need of laundry services. This is not included in general basic cleaning.

Have the Maid do the Dishes!

We do dishes too! Our maid professionals are not afraid to get their hands dirty during housekeeping. If you have a large family or party event, we can clean up for you.
