Tell us more SPECIFICALLY about what you are trying to do

REDEEM for what (CASH MILES, Travel, Merch, GCs ? )

Do know from experience that VPNs can screw with Airmiles website at times.
Also know that the Airmiles website is not accessible outside of North America.

Which @rdiamond1 pointed out awhile back IS RIDICULOUS if you happen to be travelling the world on Airmiles
The workaround …
It always pays to have a VPN on your devices when travelling for privacy etc
So just tune it into CANADA if you need to do anything Airmiles related

Can't redeem for evoucher either...

Chatted and after asking a few questions regarding VPN and if I'm in Canada,
"I have forwarded this issue to the appropriate department. It can take a few days for the issue to be resolved"

The mental gymnastics it is taking to understand what has and has not posted is starting to do my head in.

100 "Bonus Reward Miles" were posted yesterday. There is no reference to Dollarama or Cardlink or Flash Offer or anything else but I am going to assume it's for the Flash Offer of spending $10 at Dollarama July 19-21 as I have no idea what else it would be for.

This security issue happened to me in the lead up to Prime Day. It seemed to also happen about the same time they capped the number of Amazon vouchers you could order at 4 per transaction.

Waiting the 24 hours without logging in to my account or even using the app made it stop and allowed me to make one purchase. Then the message returned.

Seems very odd.

Security issues seems to be mainly on Amazon e-vouchers. Probably too many people redeeming for Amazon due to popular demand

Redeemed 95 cash miles for a $10 Starbucks eVoucher yesterday (on a web browser). Tried to redeem a $20 Starbucks eVoucher shortly afterwards and got the dreaded message "Due to security concerns your transaction will not be processed."

Waited 24.5 hours and tried to redeem for a $20 Starbucks eVoucher and the dreaded message is back again... "Due to security concerns your transaction will not be processed."

This is quite frustrating trying to take advantage of the current bonus promotion by redeeming a total of 285 cash miles on eVouchers.

Okay, thanks, it could be that. It would be good if they could at least use consistent wording. Other Flash Offers post stating "Flash Offer".

Well AM isn't for everyone, so just leave if it's too confusing. People who are willing to put in the effort to track offers get rewarded.

I got the "/s" but I do track. I had to make a spreadsheet once BMO took over as it was just too much to keep straight. If they would at least use consistent wording that would help.
